Black Coffee Winter 2013 weaves together modern engineering and textiles with classically confident feminine silhouettes.
The signature textural landscape of the collection is created through the geometrical braiding of industrial felt and the layering of mesh panels. The garment construction explores the sculptural process of carving objects, where shape is revealed within, and not built up from the base material. This conscious engineering is offset by an evocative, bruised, feminine palette.
The result is a collection that captivates through its precision and seduces through its romantic imagination.
Wreathe was revealed at SA Fashion Week on 27 September 2012, and will be available in stores from February 2013.
